Properties and Applications:brilliant green yellow. Yellow powder. After staining for green yellow. Melting point: 217 ℃. Insoluble in water and concentrated hydrochloric acid, soluble in ethanol, acetone and benzene. In concentrated sulfuric acid to green light yellow, dilution after green yellow precipitation; In the potassium hydroxide alcohol solution for red; In 5% sodium hydroxide solution color burn to orange. Mainly used in printing ink, sometimes also used in paints, rubber and coating printing paste color. The alkali resistance is poor, the heat treatment is very sensitive.
