Properties and Applications: bordeaux. Insoluble in water and difficult to soluble in ethanol. In concentrated sulfuric acid for blu-ray scarlet, dilution after brown light scarlet precipitation; In concentrated nitric acid for dark crimson; In concentrated sodium hydroxide solution for brown light red.
