Manufacturing Methods :(a) will Anthraquinone Blue chlorinated, method is (1) and SULFURIC ACID and where did hydrochloric ACID effect; (2) and Sulfuryl chloride azeotropic; (3) and Benzoyl chloride, Copper and 1-Nitrobenzene action; (b) Phthalic anhydride and Chlorobenzene condensation, the product of chlorinated benzene methyl acyl benzoic acid nitration, reduction of nitro, cyclization, product 2-Amino-3-chloroanthracene-9,10-dione bromination and will last a 2-Amino-1-bromo-3-chloroanthracene-9,10-diorne bromination and will last 2-Amino-1,3-dibromoanthraquinone in copper catalyst and tie acid agent under the existence of condensation, (C) 2-Amino-1,3-dichloroanthraquinone in tie acid agent and Cuprous halide presence heating; (d) in an inert solvent with Sulfuryl chloride processing C.I.Vat Blue 11 (C.I. 69815), and the formation of the complex decomposition. Note: (b) method for product, improve the reducibility and levelness, it easier to generate leuco sulfate.
Properties and Applications: blue. Slightly soluble in Chloroform heat, heat Azabenzene and 2 – Chlorophenol, not soluble in ethanol, acetone and toluene. In concentrated sulfuric acid for brown, dilution for blue; In the basic insurance powder solution for green blue; In the acidic insurance powder solution for red light blue. With C.I. VAT blue 6 and the same chemical structure.
