Manufacturing Methods :(a) Anthracen-9-ol and (glycerol) in the presence of sulfuric acid condensation, the product 7H-benzo[de]anthracen-7-one alkali fusion with potassium hydroxide; (b) 4,4′-Dibenzoyl-1’1′-binaphtyl heating the aluminum chloride; (C) 7H-benzo[de]anthracen-7-one with potassium hydroxide in an inert solvent in the presence of glucose and a high-boiling alkali fusion.

Properties and Applications: red light blue. Soluble in 1, 2, 3, 4 – Tetrahydronaphthalene, Xylene in red solution, with red fluorescence, slightly soluble in acetone, Chloroform, 2 – Chlorophenol, Azabenzene, toluene, insoluble in alcohol. In concentrated sulfuric acid for purple black, dilution after purple black precipitation; In the basic insurance powder solution for dark purple; In the acidic insurance powder solution for wine. With C.I.Vat Blue 20 and the same chemical structure.
